Mahlkönig says it wants my opinion, but then it won't post a negative review. Not good. My first set was missing a magnet. Customer service was great & alleviated my concern regarding the look of a replacement by taking a picture of it. However, while the second set has both magnets, the lid is warped & won't lay flat. Nowhere close to being airtight. Very frustrating.
